Today our running group went off track for an exercise called Kill The Hill. It should really be called The Hill Kills You. A 500m track up a 40m high pyramid in 7 stretches.
First you do the stairs. Up a flight, down a flight, then up 2 down 1 to get to the top. Ow 🙂
Then run down the track. Then up. Two stretches up, one down. When at the top recover for a minute andturn around. Two down, one up.
Wrap that torture up in 30 minutes train running each side. With some obstacles thrown in and you know you’ve done a workout!
